About the Show
The Vendor Expo 2025 will take place at the University of Louisville’s School of Music. Space is limited and sold on a first-come, first-served basis. Reservation deadline is June 1, 2025, and a waitlist will be available once spaces are full. Registration is open only to GFA members, and vendors must read the VE Contract before completing registration.
Confirmed vendors will have their business name and website or email listed on the convention page and in the event program (for registrations completed by May 6, 2025).
Luthier Showcase
Luthiers and guitar dealers can join the Luthier Showcase, held on Thursday, June 19, 2025, from 1:30 PM to 2:30 PM at Bird Recital Hall, by selecting the option during registration.
Floor Plan and Setup
Booths are assigned based on registration order. You may request to be placed near another vendor, but placements are not guaranteed. Corporate sponsors receive priority placement.
Expo Hours
- Tuesday, June 17: 9 AM–1 PM & 3 PM–5 PM
- Wednesday, June 18: 9 AM–1 PM & 3 PM–5 PM
- Thursday, June 19: 9 AM–1 PM & 3 PM–5 PM
- Friday, June 20: 9 AM–1 PM & 3 PM–5 PM
- Saturday, June 21: 9 AM–2 PM
Rooms stay locked outside expo hours. Setup is scheduled for Monday, June 16, from 1 PM to 4 PM. Exhibits must be cleared on Saturday, June 21, from 2 PM to 4 PM
