Event Details
The 2025 Vendor Expo will be hosted at the University of Louisville’s School of Music.
- Space Reservation Deadline: June 1, 2025
- Registration: First-come, first-served basis
- Wait List: Maintained once space is filled
- Membership Requirement: Must be a GFA member to register
General Information
Upon confirmation of registration and payment, vendors will be listed on the convention’s main page. This page is updated weekly, so please be patient for your name/link to appear.
- Early Registration Benefit: Registrations completed by May 6, 2025, will be included in the Convention Program and Vendor Contact Information pages.
Luthier Showcase
Registered luthiers and guitar dealers can participate in the Luthier Showcase by selecting the appropriate option on the registration form.

- Time: 1:30 PM – 2:30 PM
- Location: Bird Recital Hall
Floor Plans
Spaces are allocated on a first-come basis, with special placement for corporate sponsors. You may request to be near another vendor, but this cannot be guaranteed.
Hours of Operation
- Tuesday, June 17: 9 AM – 1 PM & 3 PM – 5 PM
- Wednesday, June 18: 9 AM – 1 PM & 3 PM – 5 PM
- Thursday, June 19: 9 AM – 1 PM & 3 PM – 5 PM
- Friday, June 20: 9 AM – 1 PM & 3 PM – 5 PM
- Saturday, June 21: 9 AM – 2 PM
Note: The rooms will be locked outside of these hours.
Set-Up and Closing
- Set-Up: Monday, June 16 from 1 PM to 4 PM
- Closing: Saturday, June 21 from 2 PM to 4 PM
Shipping Information
Reception of Items: Begins Tuesday, May 27, 2025, and must arrive by June 13, 2025. For USPS, send by June 6 to avoid delays.
