Eddie Van Halen is a legendary musician and guitar player from the United States. He was born on January 26, 1955 in Amsterdam, Netherlands and died on October 6, 2020 in California, USA. Van Halen is known as one of the best and most influential guitar players in the history of rock music.

Van Halen and his brother, Alex Van Halen, formed a band called Van Halen in 1972. The band released its debut album in 1978 and immediately became a huge success. Van Halen’s guitar sound was very distinctive and innovative, with new guitar techniques such as tapping and whammy bars. He also has a unique and energetic guitar playing style, and has influenced many guitar players around the world.
