The Gigi guitarist initially learnt guitar by himself. He once stole his grandmother’s money to buy a guitar. His guitar career blossomed after his move from Bali to Surabaya. Besides releasing albums with Gigi, Budjana also worked on solo albums and Trisume with Tohpati and I Wayan Balawan.
