Enver İzmaylov (born June 12, 1955) is a Crimean Tatar jazz guitarist, composer, and multi-instrumentalist. He is internationally recognized as a pioneer of the finger-tapping technique on the electric guitar.

Famous for blending Crimean Tatar folk traditions with jazz, funk, and rock, Enver İzmaylov developed a unique two-handed tapping style. He often plays on modified seven- or nine-string guitars with custom tunings.

He was born in Fergana, Uzbekistan, after his family was deported during the Stalin era. In the late 1970s, he returned to Crimea and began building his career. By fusing traditional and modern music, he created a sound that gained wide recognition.

His international breakthrough came after the fall of the Soviet Union. İzmaylov collaborated with artists such as Theodosii Spassov and Nguyên Lê. Albums like The Eastern Legend (1990) and Minaret (1998) showcase his distinctive style.

In 2008, Ukraine honored him with the title of People’s Artist. Today, İzmaylov is considered one of the most original and technically skilled guitarists in the world.
